Refund Policy
We want Calistree to be worth every cent you pay for it. If it isn’t working out, we’ll make refunds as painless as we can. How your refund is handled depends on where you purchased your subscription or lifetime access.
Purchases made on calistree.app (web)
Web purchases are processed by Paddle.
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase (or of a subscription renewal) by contacting us at info@calistree.com. Refunds are issued to your original payment method — you don’t need to know or care which processor handled your payment; we’ll route it correctly.
If you purchased lifetime access by mistake — for example, you meant to buy a monthly subscription — contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period. If you cancelled and believe you’re owed a refund for a recent charge, just ask.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store (iOS)
Apple processes all payments and refunds for purchases made in the iOS app, and we’re unable to issue these refunds directly. To request one:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the Calistree purchase and choose “Request a refund”
Apple decides these requests under its own policy. If Apple declines your request and you believe it was unfair, contact us at info@calistree.com — we can’t override Apple’s decision, but we’ll do what we can to make it right.
Purchases made through Google Play (Android)
Google processes payments for purchases made in the Android app. Within 48 hours of purchase, you can request a refund directly from Google via play.google.com/store/account. After 48 hours, contact us at info@calistree.com — as the developer, we can issue Google Play refunds ourselves, and we review every request.
Renewals you didn’t intend
If a subscription renewed and you meant to cancel, contact us promptly and we’ll treat the renewal date as the start of the refund window.
