Continuing on our path to refine the “Set parameters” and get more precise workout logs:
- Addition of a grip position parameter.
- “Reps in Reserve” option for exertion estimation.
The Grip position parameter was also the occasion to add a new concept to the exercise library organization: exercises “Variations”.
It’s only been applied to the Pullup / Chinup / Neutral grip pullup group for now.
But as the library keeps growing and we add more set parameters (distance, angle, equipment), more exercises will get linked as variations, which differ only by one set parameter.
Variations can easily switch from one to the other, either with some search shortcuts, or by changing the set parameter that links them.
